Through the Management Committee, set up to monitor the global scenario and to ensure the safety of people and the smooth running of activities, HSD Group has strengthened measures to ensure the safety of employees, customers and anyone interacting with the company.
At the same time, it has drawn up an extraordinary back-up plan for strategic functions that ensures the regular shipments of products and spare parts and the performance of all service and technical assistance activities aimed at ensuring business continuity for its customers worldwide.
Operational measures have also been implemented, including remote collaboration and incentives for the use of video conferencing, in order to guarantee the performance of all commercial activities and support to the sales network. These allow HSD Group to work synergistically and in an integrated manner with the Group's 4 branches and our dealers worldwide.
