ES60 Line is flexible and uses advanced technologies and components that guarantee quick use and easy maintenance. It's designed above all to meet the needs of the automotive sector.

The electrospindles in this range aim to minimise the inertia of the rotating part by enabling reduced acceleration times (from 0 to 12,000 rpm in 0.5 seconds), and withstand millions of tool change cycles with the final goal of maximising productivity for the end customer. These models use synchronous IPM (Internal Permanent Magnet) drives to avoid having to purchase an inductor, thereby reducing the investment to be made by the machine constructor.

This innovative range is also equipped with advanced sensors such as the mechanical/pneumatic system for detecting chips between the HSK surface of the shaft and the tool holder, and a heat probe can be fitted on the spindle nose to monitor the temperature of the front bearings.
