extraordinary maintenance of ERP Oracle

Our services will be temporarily closed for extraordinary maintenance of our Company’s ERP Oracle.

This closure is necessary to ensure that our IT facilities are safe and up-to-date, and to provide you with the best possible experience when we reopen. We understand that this may cause inconveniences, and we apologize for any disruption this may cause to your daily routine. However, we assure you this is a necessary step to provide you a better and more reliable service in the long run.

The maintenance activities will start on April 22nd up to May 1st, 2023. Work activity will resume on May 2nd.

During this period the following activities will be suspended:

- customers front-office and back office activity

- shipment of order of finished products, spareparts and repaired items

- returns warehouse acceptance

However, Customers Technical support will be ensured from 8.00 a.m. to 14.00 p.m. writing to servicehsd@hsd.it.
